This book really made me undersand reality therapy and choice theory in a much more deeper level than before. Even the book is written about the relationships between parents and children, I could easily take the hints to all my personal life.

This book is a must for every parent. If you don’t use the concepts in this book and other books on Choice Theory, at least they will give you a different way to look at the behavior of your loved ones and others that you meet. These concepts can not hurt you and may even help you to gain more happiness in your life and the lives of those you love.

Primason’s techniques are simple and very effective. We have 2 children, one with more serious problems than the other. We tried choice parenting with both of them and in short order, the whole family dynamic shifted. After only a few weeks, both kids are easier to live with and everybody is much calmer. We are wondering how much stress we could have avoided by trying something like this years ago.
